The Master Singers of Lexington is an outstanding 30-voice chamber chorus that provides an exceptional musical experience in a suburban location minutes from Routes 2, 3 and 128. Under the leadership of Adam Grossman, the ensemble is noted for inventive programming and compelling performances.  Dedicated singers from communities throughout Greater Boston enjoy singing with this wonderful ensemble.

The 2013-2014 season: Highlights of the season include Et ex oculis, a new work by Allen Anderson including viola and percussion, Vivaldi’s Gloria with chamber orchestra, and works by Britten, Monteverdi, Puccini, Rossini, Schumann, Telemann, Verdi and others. Concerts will be performed with chamber orchestra, guest artists, piano, and a cappella. Soloists are typically drawn from the membership.

Rehearsals are Wednesday nights,
7:30-10:00, at First Parish Church,
7 Harrington Road, on the Battle Green in Lexington Center, which is handicapped accessible and offers ample free parking.

Auditions for interested singers will include vocalizing, performing a prepared piece, and sight reading.
